Automatic welding helmet Sherman-profi V4 is designed to protect the eyes and face from sparks, splashes and harmful radiation during welding and soldering, as well as during cutting or grinding. The respiratory protection system PAPR protects the user and prevents the welder from inhaling dust and welding fumes. The fan has two air filters, which allow to significantly reduce the amount of pollution in the air that the welder inhales. The fan is worn on the back.
The helmet has two external knobs that allow you to adjust the darkening degree from 4 to 13 according to DIN and smoothly adjust the sensitivity of the photosensors to the intensity of the arc during welding. The helmet also has two external switches that allow you to turn on the delay time in the dark / light in three positions and change the operating mode.
The filter has the highest optical class, which ensures complete safety for the welder. It is equipped with four photo sensors, which is especially important when welding with low currents. By selecting the grind function, the darkening filter is switched to a light that does not require darkness.
The helemt V4 has an exceptionally large field of view and an advanced, comfortable and ergonomic headrest for ideal fit and full adjustment of the visor. A special tilting system changes the center of gravity of the panel in relation to the welder's head.
