The welding machine has HOT START, ANTI STICK, ARC FORCE functions and VRD function with the option to turn it off. Using an additional torch, TIG Lift welding is possible.
The DIGIARC 200 PULSE welding machine is intended for use indoors or under a roof, where it is not exposed to direct weather conditions.
Functions of the welding machine DIGIARC 200 Pulse:
- ANTISTICKING - a system that prevents the electrode from sticking. The electrode no longer sticks or turns red, as with traditional devices
- HOT START - facilitates arc ignition. The HOT START function applies a current pulse at the moment when the electrode comes into contact with the workpiece, thereby facilitating arc ignition
- ARC FORCE - support of a stable welding arc. The ARC FORCE function is necessary to prevent electrode "sticking" and to increase the stability of arc burning - at the moment when a drop of electrode metal breaks off, the current automatically increases to the optimal value, which prevents electrode sticking during welding or cutting. The system is important when working with responsible structures and using electrodes with basic, acid, ilmenite, rutile and cellulose coatings
- VRD - reduction of open-circuit voltage to a safe level to provide protection against electric shock (MMA). This feature meets the requirements of regional guidelines and safety standards around the world
