ELOX B 307 is a basic-coated electrode used for buffering layers before
wear-resistant surfacing and for welding armoured steel plates,
low-strength and hardenable austenitic manganese steels,
difficult-to-weld steels as well as dissimilar steels - low carbon and
low alloy steels with austenitic or ferritic stainless steels.
- The weld metal is entirely austenitic. It is not magnetic.
- The weld metal is highly resistant to corrosion and impact, wear and cracking due to heat.
- Welding of structures with operating temperature from -100 0С to +500 0С.
- Suitable for welding: armour plates;
- Hardenable steels including difficult to weld steels;
- Non-magnetic austenitic steels;
- Non-magnetic austenitic steels; strain-hardenable manganese alloyed steels;
- dissimilar steels;
- difficult-to-weld steels.
