A unique electrode with excellent welding properties for welding of low
carbon and low-alloyed steel with yield strength up to 380 MPa in all
spatial positions with all polarity DC and AC currents.
The electrode has relatively low sensitivity to rust, primer, zinc coating and other surface contamination, easy slag removal and formation of a smooth surface of the weld bead with smooth transition to the base metal. Due to the ease of both initial and repeated ignitions, the electrode is indispensable for short welds, tack welding and welding with occasional arc breakages.
